| Our Lou Canellis caught up with the red hot R&B trio, "Destiny's Child" at a recent pre-grammy party at Le Passage in Chicago. Starting out as a quartet, and going through a whirlwind of various singers, Kelly Rowland, Beyonce Knowles, and Michelle Williams, of Rockford, Illinois now make up the outstanding trio. The group has been nominated for five Grammy Awards including, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best R&B Song for "Say My Name"; Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and Best Pop Vocal Album. | Michael Essany is the Valparaiso, IN high school senior who hosts a popular local TV talk show called "The Michael Essany Show" from the basement of his home. It airs on Channel 16, at 7PM on Friday nights in most of Lake County, Indiana and parts of Illinois. Since Michael's first appearance on "190 North" back in September of 2000, he's been featured in Teen People Magazine, on Entertainment Tonight and a variety of other shows and magazines. He has three Hollywood syndication companies vying for the rights to his life story.
