-Kevin and Michael Bacon, The Bacon Brothers, appear with Janet at the House of Blues. The brothers take a moment to speak with Janet about their band, new album, and current U.S. tour.

-190 North's Liza Cruzat and her husband are the proud parents of a new baby girl. She was born on February 29, 2000 and she weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz.
EXTRA Information on Michael Clarke Duncan

Michael Clarke Duncan is a native of Chicago, and it wasn't long ago when he left for Hollywood. Before making it big in the movie industry, Michael worked for a gas company here in Chicago.

Duncan's latest performance in the film, The Green Mile, has earned him his first Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

Currently Michael is starring alongside Bruce Willis and Matthew Perry in the hit film, The Whole Nine Yards. He plays Bruce's bodyguard in the film.

Duncan will be in Chicago on April 4 to host the Chicago Film Critics Awards. In the meantime, you can see him at the Academy Awards airing March 26 on ABC 7.

EXTRA Information on Matthew Sweet

Matthew Sweet is Nebraska born, and he joined his first band at the age of 13. Although Sweet has been in a couple of bands and released a number of albums, many didn't consider him a breakthrough artist until he released his album Girlfriend.

In the past couple of years, Sweet has been busy with his career. He has written a couple of songs specifically for the Austin Power movies, and just recently he released his new album, In Reverse.

Sweet enjoys visiting Chicago, and so far this year, he has already performed four concerts here. His last performance was held at the Park West, and he says he greatly enjoys performing for his fans. He says it gives him a chance to show his appreciation for their support.

EXTRA Information on the Bacon Brothers

Kevin and Michael Bacon have played music together for many years, but it wasn't until about five years ago that they decided to take their act out on the road. Although Kevin is not known primarily for his music, his brother Michael is.

Michael composes music for films, documentaries, and other projects. Michael's work has even earned him a number of Emmy awards.

The Bacon Brothers are currently on tour to promote their latest album Getting There. They will tour several cities and then begin working on more projects. Kevin's latest film, My Dog Skip, is currently in theaters everywhere.

EXTRA Information on Indoor Office Golf

ABC 7's Mark Giangreco took us to the 3rd Annual Glen Levit Office Putting Championship held at Navy Pier. The event invites 128 Chicago companies to participate in this interesting golfing experience.

Participants play golf in an office setting rather than on a course, and the lucky winner gets the grand prize. The winner this year receives a weeklong trip to Scotland, where the golf courses are some of the best in the world. Louis Pukelis is the tournament chairman and he runs the event each year.
