Liza Cruzat gave us a new taste of Japan as she checked out Wrigleyville's new "Shabu-ya." Here diners do thier own cooking using a fondue-like method called Shabu-Shabu. It is a very healthy way of cooking that uses only water and seasonings to cook the meat, veggies and seafood. "Shabu-ya" is the first Chicago restaurant which serves Shabu-Shabu exclusively! It's Shabu-licious!
