EXTRA Information on The Four Plaids

Chicago is not ready to say good-bye yet to its longest running musical, "Forever Plaid", played by The Four Plaids, who stopped by the 190 North studio for a farewell performance. At this point, The Four Plaids have enjoyed a career that's longer than many of the 50's - 60's vocal groups they're modeled after. Vintage music mixed with comedy seemed to be the formula for success for "Forever Plaid". But like all good things, "Forever Plaid" is coming to an end after 6 ˝ years of running. The final four weeks of performance will be performed at the Royal George Cabaret Theatre until the May 27th closing. For more information call The Royal George Theatre box office at (312) 988-9000.
