Kendall College's School of Culinary Arts has long been regarded as
one of the nation's top culinary, baking and pastry schools. Now,
the 70-year old institution has packed up and moved from its Evanston
campus into a state-of-the-art facility in Chicago's Goose Island
area! Our Michelle Alegria got a first-hand look at the students in
action in some of the school's 16 professional kitchens…she even discovered
a dining find, with the school's own fine dining room that is open
to the public!
