Information on Sugar |
| Its the course you usually
'save room for' when you head out to a restaurant... but -dessert-
is the main focus behind a trendy new nightspot in Chicago. Sugar
is the Windy city's first dessert bar. It serves up 21 sweet selections
and specializes in pairing those treats with the proper dessert wines.
The woman behind all of the desserts is the former pastry chef from
Charlie Trotter's famed restaurant, Christine McCabe Tentori. Late
night, this dessert destination 'switches gears' and becomes a hot
spot for Chicago's club scene.
