Year Of A Million Dreams (September 30, 2007)
2007 marks the year of a million dreams at Walt Disney World attractions in Florida and California! And literally -- millions of dreams will come true!

Guests at random can be awarded anything from special mouse ears, to a tea party with Alice and the Mad Hatter. They can even win trips like a lucky family from Plainfield, Illinois! After spending a day at Epcot, their dream came true with a trip to Disney Land!

"We've got a wonderful group of people called the Dream Squad. They go to a specific point at a specific time, it might be the third car on this attraction at 2 o'clock and if you're in the right seat, you're the one who won that prize," said Faron Kelley, Disney Parks Project Development Director.

And a dream of every Disney fan can now become a reality! During the year of a million dreams -- for the first time ever -- a different family almost every night will have the opportunity to stay at Cinderella's castle at the Magic Kingdom in a brand new suite that's been created just for this celebration!

"When you go into the bed chamber, the guest chamber, you have…this royal canopy beds with heavy draping…There's a beautiful 17th century portrait over the fireplace that magically turns into our flat screen TV…when you're up there, you feel you're in the castle," said Cathy Carver, magineer.

And, as if thousands of dreams bestowed daily aren't enough, four new attractions are debuting!

"We all remember the sea gulls from Finding Nemo, right? Well here at Epcot, we can relive all the fun from the movie at The Seas with Nemo and Friends," said one worker.

Just hop on a "Clamobile" and check out the amazing technology that gives the stars of "Finding Nemo" the appearance of actually swimming with the marine life in a real six million gallon saltwater aquarium!

"The puppets were actually designed by Michael Curry and he did the puppets for The Lion King on Broadway…so, just amazing the details," said Carrie Matson, Animal Kingdom Brand Manager.

"Here at the Laugh Floor Comedy Kingdom, coming this spring, you'll get a chance to hang out with some of my favorite characters from the movie, Monsters, Inc," said another worker.
