The 190 North Cubs took on the White Sox, but what is so special about
this team? Well, everyone on it is a terrific player but a few have
an advantage.
Scotty Rothchild is the son of Larry, who is the real Cubs pitching
coach. Chance Remlinger is the pitcher. He is the son of Mike Remlinger.
Darren Baker's dad is Dusty. Okay, so the Cubs did have the advantage
of genetics! And Janet Davies' son Jack is on the team, too.
"The team is really enthusiastic, it's what we like to see," said
Coach Kurt Karlenzig.
"Well it's a competitive series here at the Welles park parent
Association baseball fields we have a good line-up today," said
Coach Mindy Moore.
The Cubs won 31 to 21! By the way, Sox fans, 190 sponsored the
White Sox last year. |
