1998, Jeff Nelson & Danny Alias created what they claim is Chicago's
largest indoor antique center. After months of searching, they located
a little known architectural gem, a former furniture store in the
Edgewater neighborhood built in 1939.
With over 20,000 sq ft. of antique showrooms of vintage furniture
and accessories, BROADWAY ANTIQUE MARKET
(BAM!) has become an antique shopping
destination for clients from around the world. On two giant levels,
more than 75 top antique dealers showcase their wares in a modern
setting of style and design. Film, television and advertising agencies
utilize this facility on a daily basis in search of propping a myriad
of media projects.
The selection ranges from Victorian and Art Deco to Mid Century Modern.
