Mike's Market in the Western Suburbs is a bit of an institution that serves up amazing deli sandwiches, tons of prepared foods...and lots of quality meats! In Chicago, the team behind the wildly successful Publican restaurant has opened up an artisan butcher shop, called Publican Quality Meats in West Town. Aside from the amazing meat, PQM is also making quite a name for itself with its signature sandwiches, served up at the deli counter.
