Chicago's very own Alinea was recently voted #6 on the San Pellegrino 'World's 50 Best Restaurants' list, making it the top spot in all of North America...and, its famed chef, Grant Achatz, was just named one of Time magazine's '100 Most Influential People'! Now, back in April, this master of gastronomy and his team unveiled two new concepts that have taken the culinary scene by storm, Next and The Aviary.
